4 Beef Loin Steaks
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup of dry red wine
2 fresh garlic clove
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can of beef broth or French onion soup (strained)
1/2 cup shallots
--- salt and black pepper
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of thawed steaks and set aside. In a medium sauce pan, melt 1 Tbsp. of butter, add mushrooms, minced shallots and minced or squeezed garlic and saute for 5 min. Stir in red wine and beef broth or french onion soup that has been strained. Reduce down to about 3/4 cup - 1 cup of sauce. In a large oven safe skillet, melt remaining 1 Tbsp of butter. Sear each side of the steaks for 5 minutes. Place in oven at 350 for 8-12 mins. for desired wellness. Remove and pour sauce over steaks and serve.
