High-quality, nutrient-dense, great-tasting beef.
Choose a whole beef, half beef or a quarter beef. Once you have chosen the beef amount we ask for a deposit to reserve your beef.
Once we deliver your beef to the local Adair Custom Processor, you will go over your cut order with the butcher. Your beef will be dry aged 14-21 days. Beef cuts are vacuum sealed. Beef organs and extra soup bones are optional at no extra cost.
Some extras that we enjoy are beef summer sausage, beef bacon, beef snack sticks. All can be done with natural cure (no sodium nitrites) upon request.
